Po Cheng, Tsai, a professional dance artist, from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is the founder and current artistic director of B.DANCE. Tsai was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. After graduating from Tsoying Senior High School, he went to Taipei National University of the Arts. Po-Cheng Tsai, has been a choreographer and professional dance instructor for over ten years. He has been involved in creative choreography since his school days, incorporating his own experiences and insights along the way.
